It’s yours free when you book a Marriott or Renaissance meeting or event and can include personalized messages, event logos, PDFs and links to related Web sites and resources for you event.

A Reservation Link is Only One Click Away

This may be the fastest way for guests to book rooms at group rates. Just post the ResLink to your event Web site, or email it to guests, and they can link directly to the special group rate and reservation process for your Marriott group event or meeting.


Passkey allows event attendees to make and manage their hotel reservations online, while giving event planners real-time access to room block utilization and other reports. This free service is available at select Marriott hotels. Ask your event manager for details.

eRooming and eGroup Lists

Use these tools to automate your event registration lists and eliminate misspelled nametags and other inconveniences during event check-in.

Pre-Arrival Email

As a reminder of their reservation and your upcoming event, members of your group will receive a pre-arrival email from Marriott. The email will include helpful information about the meeting or event hotel, as well as links to area maps, weather information and more.
